Installation DCB-library in Scout V4.3SP1 HF17

I followed the guidelines fors installation of the library als in the manual : see instruction underneath : The .zip file of the GMC library has to be installed in STARTER. Therefor all projects have to be closed. Under “Options - > Installation of libraries and technology packages...” please choose under “Add...” the .zip file of the library. T he installation will start automatically. This can take several minutes. But I receive error as picture included. What is wrong? Attachment dcb.jpg (325 Downloads)

ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 4/17/2025 Posts: 22620 Rating: (3060)	Hello, zip-file is renamed! The original name should be "GMCV1_0_sinamics4_6.zip" ! So please rename it from "DCB" to "GMCV1_0_sinamics4_6.zip" and the install will work. Regards Christoph
