I've problem with installation WinCC Professional V16. I tried installation with turned off antivirus but it doesnt work too. I send logfile in atachment. Please help.

System: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, TIA portal V16

Processor: Intel Core i7-9750H 2.60GHz

Ram:32gb

Do you already have another version of WinCC Professional installed on the same PC?

I have only WinCC Advanced V16.

I tried repair option in installation tool. It showed the same error like in installation WinCC professional proces: 

13:21:25 |ERROR    AdsWorkerClassicProduct::OnWorkerCompleted():  - ClassicProduct setup failed due to unknown error

In that case, for installation, it is recommended:

-Use a user with administrator permissions.

-Launch the installer with right button -> run as administrator.

-Perform the installation outside the domain.

-Disable antivirus and firewall.

It seems the error is the installation of SQL server (INSTSQL2016EXP_SCADA).

Du you have any SQL server installed from a previous WinCC 7.x or WinCC Professional installation?

When uninstalling WinCC, the SQL server does not get uninstalled so you need to uninstall it manually.

WinCC Professional may not be released for the build that you have.
