 Hi, how to resolve it, i have installed WinCC RT Advanced V13 SP1 Upd9 & no interfaces are available in Set PG/PC, & the Service which you mentioned is also not available.

I had the same problem and i resolved it.
start->run->services.msc
the service: "SIMATIC IEPG Help Service" can not run if you have a problem

in the file:
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Siemens\S7IEPG\s7oiehsx.exe"
or
"C:\Program Files\Fichiers communs\Siemens\S7IEPG\s7oiehsx.exe"

the cause of the problem is the Antivirus.

the solution is:
add the file s7oiehsx.exe to the exclusive programs in Antivirus settings.
restart the sevice.

if the file is deleted:
desactivate the antivirus and re install Step7 or Step7-microwin.
add the file s7oiehsx.exe to the exclusive programs in Antivirus settings.

restart the sevice.

 Thank you !!! But fortunately an Automatic Restore Point worked in the system, so could restore the TIA Portal condition in earlier working state with interfaces in Set PG/PC.

    Will implement it in future if required & will let you know.

     Yes, I have gone through this link before seeking help here, but it didn't work for me, the "Install/Remove Interfaces" were empty & since it is Windows 7 Ultimate, tried even deleting "data" folder despite having all interfaces in it.

    By the way Thanks, time being I have restored to earlier Automatic Restore point & now its working fine.
