It looks that you have purshased trial license. Hope this helps.

Then open Automation Licence Manager (ALM), it should be installed. then transfer the licence from USB to your local drive using ALM. transfer procedure are descriped in section 3.3.4 of this manual "Automation Licence Manager" Hope this helps.
