Hello AutoGen_8307997 basically you have to look that you need not only Runtime file for Runtime. If you transfer the project from TIA Portal to the HMI device you have also to activate the overwrite of the Useradministration. only then the pwx file is transfered to the HMI device and then the USer data is loaded (also if its the first time). If you transfer manually on a PC based Advanced RT system then you have to copy also these file. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109740696 If it works and you type in wrong PW three times in a row (with the basic settings in TIA Projekt) then the User will be changed in a system user group without any rights (you can still login with the right PW but the user will not have any rights). Then you have to set the User back to its original User group (by using a Userview control and a higher User Level) or overwrite the PDATA.pwx on the HMI manually or by loading the project with TIA (with overwriting the User administrtaion). If you then start the Runtime the *.pwx file will be imported and the user administration (pwl files) will be overwritten. Bye Murof |
