Interface module condensor explosion

Dear all

Anyone can share the cause of the active line interface module capacitor explosion. We got a problem with the interface module, active line module system 1270A broken (explosion) the AC capacitor/condenser so I would get the experience from the service, repairing guys who got the experience about the cause.

replace of active line module was enough or other equipment was also broken?

1. Heavy short circuit at capacitor bus.

2. Over temp of capacitors.

3. Humidity/moisture accumulation.
