fbelic Silver Member Joined: 2/17/2009 Last visit: 12/1/2020 Posts: 327 Rating: (28)	Greetings Yesterday I was testing some program on PLC (PtP communication to GSM modem using CM1241), and after switching power off and on, CPU (1214C DC/DC/DC) entered some error state and I can't do anything to fix it. RUN/STOP LED is constantly yellow, while ERROR is flashing red. I can connect online, but I can't put it in RUN mode (RUN/STOP flashes green several times, but then ends in yellow) and I can't download the configuration. While trying to download I receive next error: "Internal system error (error code: 0x8037ab0004d5ff02) - Please contact SIMATIC customer support." I have latest TIA portal, but CPU is version 2.0. I don't have S7 Memory Card at hand, but maybe I could find one in few days. Is there anything I can try? Or should I request a replacement CPU? Time is important because I will have to deploy PLC to customer next week at latest. Best regards
