What is the "it" you refer to? The "it" might not be available for the license and CPU you are designing with / for. Please do not be lazy with your words. Please make your question makes sense for when the topic is split and your question has to stand on its own.

Still after you edited your post, your situation is not being explain. There is no way to understand if the answer is appropriate. 

Now see the original question from the topic starter. View the HMI tag table. The second to last column is titled "Access mode". That can be set to either absolute or symbolic access. The absolute addressing method will not work if the PLC tag you are referencing is from an optimized DB. For that situation you need 'symbolic access'. The address column will be empty for that case.

You will have problems configuring the HMI tags if the link is not properly configured or the PLC tag is not set to share data with the HMI.

The motivation from Mr James: "bcoz you have PLC project as well in Project tree.", is a false assessment. It dilutes the the description that follows.

Again I ask you to properly explain your situation. We have no way to gauge your situation if you do not give us information. Screen captures would be most welcome. Just please put in a ZIP archive if there is more than 1 picture.
