Hi guys, I have problem with configuration of IO Device and communication S7-1500 <-> PLC S7-300 in TIA Portal v13. Each PLC has own project in TIA.

Whats wrong in this process:

1. In project for S7-300 -> Operating mode -> IO device, Assigned IO controller not assigned.

2. I-device communication -> Transfer area I 0..9 -> 10 Byte; Q 0..9 <- 10 Byte

3. Export GSD

4. In project for S7-1500 -> import GSD -> choose PLC S7-300 in catalogue

5. Connect 1500 and 300 via PN/IE, assign 300 to 1500 = PROFINET IO-system.

6. S7-300 has assigned I and Q address

7. Should be for S7-1500 operating mode IO device or IO controller? In each option, there is no communication, both PLCs blink red led.

Yes, only 1 cable.

I have log from S7-1500 only. S7-300 is in system fault, therefore I cant see diag. buffer. I guess S7-1500 cant reach S7-300 because it is in SF, but it goes to SF immediately after I make it IO Device.
