IoT2050 Booting from a USB stick image

On powering up he cannot see any boot prompts on the screen. Any ideas please? He says he has tried to hit the ESC key?

What type of IOT205 are you referring to on your end? And have you looked at this guide to handling the Industrial OS on the device? What firmware version is currently on your unit? BR
