IOT2050 doesn't start

Hi, 

this is an IOT2050 advanced. 

The USB key could boot on other IOT2050.

But we can't boot on it because we haven't changed the boot order. This is the first start of the IOT.

we have these information on the device : 

FW : V01.02.01

FS : 04

This is an indusrial OS.

We tried to boot the device with SD card but doesn't work.

How can we set a new Example Image on the device when this can't boot ? 

Is there a way to do it without starting it ? 

Due to the good historical quality level of siemsn products, we have chosen the IOT 2050.
We are disappointed because Siemens does not offer official assistance on this product while it is sold to manufacturers.
We have received other IOT2050s and have not encountered a similar problem.
A hardware does not seem to be working properly.
We need an answer and solutions to diagnose the problem and if necessary the procedure for returning the Product to Siemens.

Hi, the previous command works well thanks. Now, we try to change the boot order with : 

fw_setenv boot_targets usb0 usb1 usb2 mmc0 mmc1

but the IOT starts red and the response to fw_printenv boot_targets shows : 

boot_targets=usb0

I guess that only the first boot target is saved. Is the commande "fw_setenv boot_targets usb0 usb1 usb2 mmc0 mmc1" wrong ?

You need to quote the value you want to assign to the variable now. That's a subtle change in the new fw_setenv tool we inherited while moving to Debian 11.
