If the sim's PIN has been removed: "nmcli with mod cellular-4g apn movistar.es user MOVISTAR password MOVISTAR gsm.number '* 99 #' connection.autoconnect yes" connection.autoconnect yes is for the reboot to connect automatically. If this behavior is not desired, it is eliminated from the sentence. With this instruction it is not necessary to modify any provider, pap-secrets, or pap files.
