IOT2050 - Modbus Issue RS485

I want to used the Advanced IOT2050 as a Modbus RS485 Master. The Slave well received the message and reply but the iot2050 never received this answer (Time out). You can find software configuration, results and wiring in attachment. Can you help me to solve this issue ? Regards Thibaut Attachment Images.zip (72 Downloads)

Serial communication does not work properly on the Industrial OS unfortunately. For the IOT2050 Advanced the correct device for X30 is /dev/ttyUSB0. Best regards!

Maybe you can find something in this example we published yesterday? There the communication for sure worked in both directions. Best regards!

gravignyt Member Joined: 11/1/2021 Last visit: 12/4/2023 Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	I thank you for your answer. It's finaly working. I just updated the node red modbus RTU package ( to 5.16.0) and switch my configuration to Modbus Buffred RTU (It was not working with the previous version) Regards.
