Hi, the IOT2050 Advanced comes with a pre-installed Industrial OS on the internal eMMc. This installation wizard or first setup is usual behavior with this image. For more information see here. The command su does not work on the Industrial OS. You can use sudo -i or sudo su instead. But that requires your user to have sudo priviledges (to be configured in the first setup). If you haven't configured the user to have sudo priviledges, you can login as root and call mel-setup, that opens the setup again and you can change this setting. The root password is as you set it in the first setup. Best regards! |
Not working for IOT2050 support anymore from March 1st, 2024. |
