IOT2050 system crashed and no booting

I currently have a little case with my IOT2050.. During upgrading debian's files with terminal commands probably i overwrote some image files. After succesfully upgraded and restart device, it's not able to boot system. Power lamp is pernament green, and stat lamp is red. I can read buffer by uart but it's not avaiable to break booting. In attachment log from putty.

Based on the log, can we tell if it can be fixed without reinstalling the system?

Otherwise, how can I abort the boot and change the boot priority when I can't buffer the request?

I think you can't restore these files without reloading the image, but i'm not a specialist.

For start with another peripheral, you can interput the startup when you show message :
