IP address change whit T_CONFIG

suppaman87 Posts: 42 Rating: (2)	Hello everyone. I'm trying to work with the T_CONFIG function block to change the ip adress dinamically inside user program. I've followed the instruction found on the system manual, but nothing seems appening. I've call T_CONFIG inside OB1. When i active the request command, the ouput remains in the same status: Done : False Busy : False Error : False Status : 00700000 ( No request running, evene if the request input is active) Err_Loc: 00000000 Of course, the enable input is active (i see the green online on the fb) It seems like wont process my request. I've already set in the hw config"Set IP address using adifferent method" and"Set PROFINET devicename using a different method". Also tried with the second option disabled but nothing seems changed. So what i'm doing wrong? Thanks to all.

tmcolby Posts: 5 Rating: (1)	I am having the same problem. I initiate the request with value 1 and none of the outputs (done, busy, error) change at all. It seems non responsive. I have to imagine that changing IP of a PLC is pretty common place. It is quite dissapointing the lack of information on the instruction. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Anton.S Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello, The way you're doing you're not saving the error id properly since it's valid for only 1 cicle. If you follow the siemens program example for T_Config block you should be able to store the value id of the error and then check witch one it is. Best regards Anton S
