IPC277E USB port does not work.

Hello.

IPC427B USB ports not work. There are 5 volts on USB connectors. We changed the south bridge - the result is the same. BIOS Version V07.01.06, operating system Windows XP. Tell me. Maybe there is a problem in the BIOS? Or what else could be the problem? Thanks.

 Hi voronoff, I have same problem. I have 4 IPC277E and USB is working on 3 of them but doesn't work on 4th IPC.
