ipc477 - Damaged touch!

Good Morning!
Is there any impact test for touch screen of ipc477, I would be able to determine the strength of the event.

There is no way to know who did this ??? 

Try to contact with Siemens Partner which near from you to send your touch to the service 

Any way it is obviously somebody angry from his manager in this event !!! 

and if you can finde same touch , you would chenge it, not too hard.
