IPC477D - Error first setup configuration Windows

I just unpackage a new IPC477D PC panel (6AV7240-6EM07-0PA2). Following the guide it sould show this message in the first run to setup the device.

"Setups is preparing your computer for first use"

and pop-up a windows to say :

"The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click “OK” to restart the computer, and then restart the installation."

I don't have any mediasystem installation.

Can you help me please?

I guess the computer was switched off during the first boot while Windows was still installing.

You should ask Siemens Technical Support. They can provide you the required installation sources. Just create a support request here:
