Is it possible power on Logo 230RC and DM8 module with two phases (L1 and L2, considering L2 "as reference")?

If it's available only the three phase (L1, L2 and L3), neutral (N) is not in this scenario.... Is it possible power on Logo 230RC and DM8 module with two phases (L1 and L2, considering L2 "as reference")?

Hello,

the 230 V is also on the bus connector, so if you use 2 different fases or twist L and N you get some fireworks.

manual

Expansion modules DM8 230R and DM16 230R must be operated with the same type of
power supply (DC or AC) as for the connected 230-V version of the LOGO! Base Module.
The same supply output "+/- "on DC power supplies or "N/L" on AC power supplies must
connect to the same phase on both the expansion module DM8/16 230R and the
connected LOGO! 230 .... Failure to follow the instructions could result in personal injury.

as I understand you have a 3 phase power net without N.

If so, then I believe if the voltage between two phases is less then 254V AC, than it may work. Because the max voltage of a 230V LOGO! product is 254V AC. 

But no warranty ;-))

You can connect the inputs of a 230V LOGO! or 230V extension modules with different phases, but only in groups of 4 four inputs.

See attachment. It's an excerpt from the manual.

You can use a different phase instead of N to use power.
- L1 and L2 for the power supply.
- L1 and L3 for the power supply.
- L2 and L3 for the power supply.
If you want to use the remaining phase then also for inputs, you may only use them in the shown four-groups.
Of course, you can no longer use the phase which you connect to terminal "N" of the power supply for input signals.

I'm not saying your wrong, however how is this working? 

If I have 2 phases from a 3 phase network connected it seems to me you apply 400VAC to the unit?

In a 3 phase network the power between the Neutral and one of the phases is 230VAC, the power between 2 phases is 400VAC. 

Is a Logo capable of handling this? 

That's the problem with incomplete specification of Luis Guilherme. In Germany we normally have a three-phase-net 3~/N/PE/AC400V/50Hz, other countries or companies with high voltage supply may have other phase nets, e.g. 3~/PE/AC480V/60Hz with a separate control voltage 1~/N/PE/AC240V/60Hz.

Luis Guilherme has to check the voltage between 2 phases before connecting to the Logo controller to avoid damage. The voltage area for the Logo base and extension modules is specified in the operating instructions.
