is it possible to access the bit in the WORD tag in the expression?

Hi is it possible to access the bit in the WORD tag in the expression? For example.I would like to dynamize object with expression: Tag1 and Tag2 are type of WORD Tag1.bit5 AND Tag1.bit3 Tag1.bit1 OR Tag2.bit1 etc Is it possible to do it in expression or I need to go to the script?
