I have a question:

In TIA 16, when you want to "open a face plate in a pop-up" from a faceplate, the Tag Interface of the (base) faceplate had to be equal to the pop-up faceplate.

What causes me to have Tags connected to the pop-up faceplate I dont need in that faceplate (I understand that the base faceplate needs all tags, of course)

As I see that there have been changes to the functions options in TIA 17, so I was wondering:

Is it now possible to assign a tag/tags (they are all UDT Tags) to a call "opening a faceplate in a pop-up" from a faceplate? (like you can assign a tag when opening a faceplate in a pop-up from the screens)

Hi,

I understand that, but my parent has multiple children. I even understand the parent needs to know all about its children, but a child doesnt need to know everything about the other child. That is why I was hoping for a change so you can select per child the information that is meant for that child.

But I consider the answer a "no" so that saves me a lot of time experimenting, thanks for the answer.
