Is it possible to connect a Logo8 to PC in WinXP SP2 ?

as well as a CMR-2020 ?

I have tried many IP addresses to Upload from Logo8 to PC . Logo comfort can find the Logn an abtain it's  IP address but cannot connect to Logo.

I am using Logo! Softcomfort 8.1.1

and for the CMR2020 device i have tried  this IP address in Chrome :

192.168.0.3

but every time this error appeared :

503 Service Unavailable

I have connected Both a Logo8 230RCE and a CMR-2020 separately.

Both of them connected directly and after that tried via a Modem/router . every time the results were the same.  

where can I find the IP and submask of my PC (in win xp) ?

I changed the IP on Logo8 and click the "test" button. its OKed

 but when I want to upload logo program to PC it failed. 

after that the "test" button failed too .

this change just works for one time!
