Hi guys, I have the question about the enable peripherals enabled option in my Var Table. I need to put PLC from the Run mode into Stop mode. When I did this all of the peripherals output was turned off. I need to put the outputs into last state when PLC was running. I know I can achieve this using enable peripherals option in Var Table when the PLC is in the STOP mode and next I am able to change output states on the required. But I can enable peripherals option only after PLC is in the STOP mode. So I have the disable outputs for some time, from the moment of switching into STOP mode, until I forced the states using Var Table and peripherals output enable option. Question is : is it possible to force states just after changing mode into STOP (omitting the period in which the outputs are turned off) ? I just can not afford to turn off the outputs in any time at my proces... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello Basketballer. Some digital output modules have a feature that allow to use a substitute value in case PLC goes to stop mode, there you can select your desired value. This is configured in the module parameters on HW config. Could you check this and/or tell us which DO module are you using for the outputs you don't want to go False? You can see this manual on page 53, in the table you can see which DO modules accept substitute value. Regards. |
