Hello, everybody ! On my Lap Top ASUS X751L Intel Core i5-4200U CPU ; 8Gb RAM I use a Win7 Pro x64 (as a "Host") + VirtualBox 5.0.10 and a Virtual Machine like this : Win7 Pro (as a "Guest") + TIA Portal v.15.1 . I have two different projects both created in TIA v.15.1. One of them has TP1500 Comfort as HMI, but another one has “”KTP1200 Basic PN”. A Problem : A project with TP1500 Comfort starts & runs in WinCC Simulation Ok, but a project with KTP1200 starts compilation but finally gives "direct3d hardware acceleration is not enabled on this machine" and finally Simulation doesn’t start. I have activated option for 3D graphics acceleration as described here https://www.howtogeek.com/124479/how-to-enable-3d-acceleration-and-use-windows-aero-in-virtualbox/, but it didn’t help. It’s a very interesting thing. I guess there is something wrong in project setting for KTP1200 because it doesn’t runs simulation while another project with TP1500 runs Ok on the same Virtual Machine. SORRY ! I have fogotten to say that the project with KTP1200 starts and runs Ok on 2 different other PCs with TIA-portal located directly on Win7 as HOST, i.e. without any Virtual Machines. So I think the problem also can be in VirtualBox Virtual Machine Settings. BTW when I first time started the simulation on normal PC (without VM) the simulation couldn't start because something like that message "a time for starting simulation is expired". The simulation started succesfully just from 2-nd time. Is it possible to increase that time ? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
