I use KTP 1200 Basic HMI and TIA V14 SP1 Update 6.

Is it possible to make the "ALARM" button blinking when specific bit in PLC is "1" (an alarm occurred and is still active) ?

Event for incoming discrete alarm can set the bit and it will be 1 until outgoing event reset it to 0. 

I can't imagine how should it works to blink / flash my button.
Visibility animation needs a changing bit...

you have to add an appearance animation when you don't already have to change the color to red when an alarm is active. Just set column "Flashing" to Yes when value is "1".

If this is not solving your issue, upload a screenshot of the button-animations, please.
