Is it possible to read out local tag in JScript?

and what about scripts? seems it is not possible to read out local tag in JScript

 You can read the UserName tag in JavaScript, the same way you can read any other tag in JavaScript :). Use this:

let currentUser = Tags("@UserName").Read();

seems it has been solved with update 2. Before it gave error in TraceViewer 'tag does not exist'.
