Further Is it possible to store alarm logs in 2 files just as i want 1 log file say "Alarm_log_1" and want to store all selected alarm classes (i.e. errors,events and warnings) and 2nd log file say "ALARM LOG 2 " only for ERRORS.

Using a HMI Panel, in the archive where you stored the alarms, you could associate it to an alarm catergorie. It should create some different categories to save the alarm information that you want.
