Is it possible to upload a program backup of the SIMOTION D system during the running?

Like if the programmer doesn't copy the RAM into ROM and the system is working fine then can we upload the program backup and use it in some emergency situation? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from simotion d 425 upload.
