Is it possible to use an NTC (10kΩ at 25°C) directly as a temperature sensor?

Since the NTC does not work linearly, the characteristic curve would have to be broken down into several sections and each of these sections calculated individually. It is better to use an external transmitter for NTCs with a 0-10V or 0 / 4-20 mA Output.
