Is STEP 7 profesional upgrade (Order number 6ES7 810-5CC11-0YE5) only a 2010 upgrade, and not a upgrade from standard to profesional?

Hello,

I have installed the Step7 Proffessional 2010 update package including Step7 v5.5
I transferred the licence to my hard drive and I can see it with the Automation License Manager.
But now the Simatic Manager won't start. It gives the "licence not found" warning and closes automatically.

Is there an additional procedure to activate this license other than transferring with the ALM?

Any help appreciated.
