Is the ET200SP and available I/O cards compatible with the S7 1215C?

Split from ET200MP and ET200SP compatible with S7-1200?.

ET200SP and ET200MP are distributed I/O and can be used with S7-300/S7-400/S7-1200/S7-1500 with PROFIBUS or PROFINET.

The ET200MP use the same I/O Modules like the S7-1500 PLC Series, the ET200SP use origin modules.

I believe ChristophD's earlier post answers your question very clearly, as long as you use them as Profibus slaves or Profinet IO Devices.

They are not physically compatible with the S7-1200 bus,.they are designed for the S7-1500 family; ET 200MP modules are S7-1500 modules, ET 200SP have their own unique rack design.
