No, Siemens does not have a 1:1 equivalent.

Consider mentioning which PLC, software and coding language you are using. Then explain what exactly you would want to achieve. Assume the persons reading your response may not know Rockwell's instruction set for the ControlLogix processor.

And also realise that using an XOR would still be valid as a solution when working with a DINT. So best to also mention the memory size the solution aims for use.
