Any options to create an own library with controls so we can have our own look and feel instead of standard Siemens look and feel ? Creating faceplates in a library does not work. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hi Guru_1969, Is this what you are looking for? Integrating user-defined controls into WinCC Unified (Custom Web Controls) |
A rating will be well appreciated. |

Hi Guru_1696,
unfortunately the picture does not help that much. Maybe it's a misunderstanding because of the wording you use. In Siemens language use a 'Custom Web Controls' is a freely programmable control to extend the functionality the Unified system is providing. According to your picture a installed web control will be found at "Toolbox > My controls". In this case the link provided by itafusna could provide a useful example on how to create a Web Control. But unfortunately it is not possible to save them in a library. They only can be saved within a project or localy on your computer. In your screenshot you have highlighted a VoT screen. If you intend to put it in the library, you can do that, but not as a type but only as a master copy. Kind regards |
