Is there anywhere that this install DVD can be downloaded on the Siemens website? Possibly a way I can download that SmartClient.exe File Version V1300.0.1505.6?

I tried all the TIA Portal Versions for you

-->> the newest Sm@rt Client Applicateion (SmartClient.exe) you could use on a WinXP SP3 32 Bit ist the one in the TIA Portal Version V13 !without! SP1.

(File Version V1300.0.1505.6)

All newer versions could not be executet (Error message).

You could find it on the Installation DVD from WinCC Comfort/Advanced V13 and V13 RT without SP1. And of course older TIA Portal Versions also works

The SmartClient.exe is in the Support Folder on the installation DVD,
