solved the problem by removing the braces { } ... no braces around the values - works normal.

you can use the the input "R" to reset an active dataexchange. then you need a new positive edge at REQ to start the Sending again. thats for the BSEND, but I guess your problems are that the CPU is not holding the S7-connection where the BSEND is trying to send on.

I think you also need to know how the structure of a S7-string is. First two bytes are just about the length of the string. First byte has the maximum length and the second contains the real length. So the real data begin at the 3rd byte.
