Is there a way to show alarms like HMI panels in PC station scada ?

With SCADA you mean a WinCC Professional Runtime V15.1? (or do you mean A WinCC Advanced RT?) In a WinCC Prof project you can use also any type of Alarms as in WinCC Comfort/Advanced such as, descrete alarms, program_alarm, alarm_S (depends on the PLC type).... There are also controls to show alarms. So whats your usecase and whats your requirements on the SCADA system? Bye Murof
