Is there any examples of SAPI programming to connect S7-300?

I want to connect the S7-300 through theEthernet,and read the DB Blocks in real time. This project is running on a PC that does not have SIMATIC NET,so I need to write a program by VC or C++ to accomplish this project. Best regards!

Configure in Simatic Manager -> NetPro a TCP connection (what is the MLFB number of CP) as PLC will be passive. Need to assign an IP address with corresponding port number for 'fetch' and 'write' and marked S7 addressing mode option. 2. Make a DB which will be used for read/write. 3. In cooperation with C++/VB specialist need to assign the type of each 'tag' and its position in DB. 4. In C++/VB read/write all the tags. (how is organized..., I don't know). Also,I read the A0326 PDF file and used the EXAMPLE1.EXE, finished the connection through OPC server. Next,I think I should write some programs to test the real time comunication.
