hi, I have a motor with rated field voltage of 220volts and my supply field voltage is 400volts, is there any parameter to set field voltage of motor side or its enough to just set field current and optimize the field? as I can see the only parameter to set in wizard is field current. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

If I understand correctly, you have a Sinamics 3 phase VFD with input 400VAC 3 phase, and output 220VAC 3 phase, with some voltage range for the output that the drive can support. In that case, when you commission the drive, you will input the motor rated parameters, like voltage, frequency, current, rpm. Then the drive will know how to control the motor. If you use Sinamics Starter software, or TIA Portal StartDrive, you can use a commissioning wizard to configure the Sinamics drive very easily. However, it does require than your drive component(s) match the first statement I wrote above.
