Hello everybody i have a plc s5 i want link to hmi easy view i want i know do you possible link between hmi easy view and s5 thanks |

Hello saran6 As far as I remeber, a S5 PLC can not be directly connected to your HMI, but you can contact the manufacturer (www.wintek.com) and ask them. The other option you have is to use a Protocol Converter, depending onthe communication protocol you are using on the S5 PLC. For example, if you are usung the PG Interface port you can use a converter that connects the PG port and convetrs the 20 mA TTY signal to the Siemens S7-RFC1006 protocol (LAN / Ethernet). If I remeber corectly your HMI should be able to handle this protocol.
