Hello Hyundai, You say that you have anE/R Module with line filter& reactor. Your question, "Do I need an isolation transfomer or not?" Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with a Stabilizer; however, if your drive system is a Simodrive 611D as I suspect, you do need an overvoltage module plugged into X181 of the Infeed/Regen Module (i.e., E/R Module). Simodrive 611 E/R Modules must be connected to a wye-connected grounded neutral power grid; therefore, you may need an isolation transformer appropriately selected if you have a line configuration other than TN.
