Hi, Below I list possible issues I belive can cause this: - An installation from a network drive. Please try installing the Update file from a local path. - Incomplete or corrupted update file. Please try downloading the Update 3 file again from the web, with the anitivrus/firewall disabled and checking the SHA-256 file afterwards. See: How do you determine the SHA-256 or SHA-512 checksum of a file? - The systems certificates are not up-to-date. Windows usually does these updates, but if the system does not have access to updates, or if the updates are blocked/disabled, these can be outdated and the installation will fail. There are also Group Policies which can prevent the updates, e.g. "Turn off automatic Root Certificates update". I believe that you have already checked this point. |
A rating will be well appreciated. |
