Good evening Mr denilson Hope you are doing well. I am asking for your help with an issue we are currently having with an S7 1500 CPU 1515F_2PN SAFETY PLC. In fact, the PLC communicates with two ET200 SP remote peripherals having safety I / O cards to which sensors are connected. Our programming is done on the basis of the SIL1 safety mode with BLOCs E_STOP. We see each time that a safety entry changes state we have faults which appear which is quite normal showing that our block is functioning correctly. But what funny even when we inhibit the E_STOP block we still have faults which undermine the functioning of the PLC (impossible to access the ET200SP). You will find in attached file the diagnostic buffer given by the PLC . Looking forward to your return. Hi, Your F-IO modules get passivated. It means they going into their fail safe state. Read about this here: Safety: Passivation and Reintegration of F-I/O See Entry 9 in your buffer: 9 of 3200; Event ID: 16# 02:39CB Error: IO device failure - Watchdog time expired You have a coms issue most likely... Check the obvious things like: loose plugs, bad connection, backplane, connections to card... |
