issue with TIA PORTAL hardware catalog

Import-User-1 Posts: 3609 Rating: (28)	Import of a Question of the User jblancomedina92 jblancomedina92 hi, i have problem with the TIA portal v12 &v13 harware catalog , when i wanna do the configuration hardware , it doesn't appears the SINAMICS DRIVE folder and i already intall the SP1 , UPD 4 of TIA PORTAL V12 , and UPD1 of V13. , and i download from internet the HSP but it keeps without appear . what else can I do to install this folder sinamics ?
