issues in downloading the program to the KTP700

sabarish_08 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi all, i having some issues in downloading the program to the KTP700 Basic HMI panel , when downloading it shows missing panel image , iam using v17 for PLC and HMI , but in HMI device , it shows the current version as V15 , so should i need to download V15 to transfer the program ? kindly advice ,i have attached the screenshot with this ,HMI model is 6AV2123-2GB03-0AX0 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Missing basic HMI panel images from TIA Portal V17. Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 4/25/2025 Posts: 15355 Rating: (1895)	Hello If you are using TIA Portal V17 I would also recommend using the V17.0.0.0 Image Setting in your HMI program in TIA Portal. Then Install the DVD3 of TIa Portal V17with Panel images If you then do the download then the system should have the needed Image File bye Murof
