Issues in PID Output

Dear Friends :

Good day to all, i am new to S1200 TIA Portal V11 Software.. i am facing the below issue..

Please help me to solve this issues.

My System is Pressure Based control. so when pressure will be down, system will start and Pressure will be up system will be Stop. so i used for Pressure Transmitter (0-10VDC) to get the pressure value.

Based on the pressure sensor, PID will work and Speed will be adjusted in my system..

Sometimes if pressure sensor will give more than 10 VDC, then PID of the PLC is not working, it gives 0 V output only, even the pressure is reduciing to zero value.

Before if pressure is Zero, my PID output will be high (10 VDC).. after that high voltage received in Analog input, then my PID not functioning at all..

need to download same program again. once it download, then the system will work back to normal..

if i increased the analog input voltage to more than 10VDC, then again same problem happen as i mentioned earlier.

So kindly advise what is the solution for this to avoid.

why you don't use thes function scale and move?

after that you compare the result to the max to stop ur system

I think that's much easier then PID.
