issues to get print screen to a file work with a TP1200 and V13

I am having issues to get this to work with a TP1200 and V13. I can install the pdf1.3 driver and set it up following the steps below:

Selecting the storage location
1. Start the application "PDFSettings.exe" on the desktop of your HMI device.
2. Open "Storage Location" in the tab.
3. Under "Primary Location", select "USB-Stick", for example, for the storage location.
4. Select the directory in which the file is to be saved after printing.

Selecting the file name
1. Open the "PDFSettings.exe" application
2. Open the "PDF File Names" tab
3. Select the settings for the names of the PDF file for the print-out.
4. Click on "Apply" to confirm your settings.
5. Select "Default" to retain the default settings for file name assignment.

Define PDF V1.3 as printer on the HMI device
1. Open theControl Panel.
2. Start the "Printer" application.
3. Under "Printer Language" in the "Printer Properties" dialog, select: the entry "PDF V1.3".
4. Select "Draft Mode" for rapid storage of the PDF file.

Then I put a print screen button on the HMI and then click it and nothing happens.

I even tried storing to an SD card and had the same result.

I am just trying to print the screen with an x/y plotto a pdf.

Any thoughts?

No I did not. I ran out of time and had to get on an airplane. Its probably going to be a week before I will have access to the screen again.

I did notice one thing when I downloaded and installed the pdf1.3 driver to Prosave and then openned up Prosave to load the pdf 1.3 driver to the screen. I had two options for the pdf1.3 and other 1.3 drivers in my Prosave to select from when choosing what driver to send to the HMI.

We have the same problem on a TP2200.

We have changed the printer to the HTML-Printer.

The html printer works ok, and writes to the USB-Device.
When i convert the project to a TP900 panel and download to a TP900, the pdf printer works...
