I've been trying to transfer some licenses, for that I saw the tutorial said to use ALM's "Online Software Delivery". I have mulitple issues when trying to log in.

As soon as I enter the page I get like 3  "Script error"  and I acknowledge them. When I enter my email I get 3 script errors again and cannot even enter password.

Changing internet options, I was able to get rid of script error messages but same thing happens.

I've tried on 2 different systems with both ALM v6.2 and 6.0

From what I understand it usually disappears by reinstalling the latest version of the ALM. It is very important that before that, you uninstall the version you have on the computer. Also try to do everything with antivirus and firewall disabled and administrator rights.

I have the same issue as the original poster. 

I uninstalled ALM V6.2 which I had already and went to install from your provided link. I got the following during install: 

I believe it needs to make changes to edge but cant for some reason. Any suggestions?

The truth is that I don't know that mistake and I haven't seen it. What I can tell you is that the new version of Windows 24H2 is causing compatibility problems with many of the Siemens programs because obviously it was not tested with that operating system.

My personal recommendation is to open a Support Request to see if they know anything else.

Even if I haven't solved it for you, I hope my comments help you to see the most correct way to achieve it

I just had this issue too.

The only solution that helped me was to uninstal Licence Manager v6.0 and install Licence Manager v6.2.

I also tried to reinstall the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime but it did not help. Also when you open the Online Software Delivery and you see the first window before clicking the red button Login there is a text that says that for the OSD you need to have Licence manager that is version 6.2.

To check that you really have Licence manager v6.2 go to control panels -> programs and features -> there you find the licence manager and you can see the version of the manager in the name of the app. You should check this because i tried to install the v6.2 and i thought that the install went smooth but then i found this, so you should definitely check this.

BTW i did this after latest windows updates, so it should work even after all new updates.
