Hi Martijn, I am wondering why you can configure a tag of data type COUNTER, while the manual does not show this data type as one of the allowed types. And yes, the maximum value for the COUNTER datatype is 999. However, since this is a BCD value, the displayed value of 2032 could be the result of a conversion error, since it is 0x7F0. In case of a BCD conversion error, you should find a corresponding entry in the diagnostic buffer of the CPU. However, it should not be possible to write an invalid BCD value to a counter, so I recommend to contact the Siemens technical support. Kind regards |
