 You have to scroll the message list and find the row that has a red mark in front. On the row, it states what the issue is and by douple click  on it, it takes you to the problem position.

what type is your operator device and which image version is configured?

You might have to many tags configured.

See according manual, for example:
- "SIMATIC WinCC WinCC Advanced V14 SP1" > "Performance features of the devices" > Device type > "Number of tags in the project"

Test it by removing a some (PLC) tags, then compile the project again.
The message might mean that you are way over the limit of the device.

- did you try to save it on another path/drive?
- How long is the full project path including the project name?
- Do you have the same problem if you create a new project and save it under a new name but on the same path?

Sometimes this kind of message is displayed for internal IO errors (like accessing data during compile in a corrupt project) also, not just for compiling and accessing the target folder.

Best would be to open a ticket with Siemens.
